NOTES
The Eagle Creek Picnic Area is located just south of Eagle Creek Overlook. Located 41 miles east of Portland take exit #41 from I-84 eastbound. Approaching from the westt on I-84, there is no westbound exit. Take the Bonneville Dam exit #40, turn left at the stop sign and then turn left onto the eastbound freeway entrance. Take I-84 eastbound to exit #41.
The picnic area has many picnic tables (barrier free picnic tables), barbecue grills, potable water, one shelter, and restrooms with flush toilets. The site also serves as a trailhead for the Eagle Creek Trail #440, the Gorge Trail #400 and the Wauna Viewpoint Trail #402.
FEES
$5/day or $30 annual pass.
